Develop surgical training systems of the future with us!

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Project/Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our innovative team. At Medability, you'll work alongside experts to push the boundaries of surgical training with cutting-edge simulators and technology.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead an agile, cross-functional team in the development of software/hardware solutions for surgical training simulators.
  • Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with product owners and developers to roll out high-quality software releases.
  • Optimize workflows and development pipelines, ensuring quality and efficient delivery of new features and updates.
  • Maintain and enhance online systems to continuously secure quality assurance, performance, and functionality.


Work Requirements:

The selected candidate will be onsite 80% of the time and working from home 20%, with the need for flexibility due to the international work environment and varying time zones.

Your qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master with a solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proven experience in guiding software/hardware development projects from concept to release.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Preferred skills:

  • Experience with Jira
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Odoo)
  • Experience in quality management
